I have a special offer for my fellow starving artists:

I want to see these items in the hands of people who love them, so if you've fallen in love with something yet can't hope to afford it, (I know that pain) I'm sometimes willing to barter or trade: I am a lover of all things handmade, and always seeking new supplies and materials. If you want to set up a trade, you are welcome to +convo me your offer.

Shipping

I do my best to ensure your items travel safely and arrive looking beautiful.

• They are sent in lovely gift boxes within cushioned shipping envelopes.(If it is sent as a gift, I'll do free gift wrapping upon request, any season.)
• Orders are shipped First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.
• Delivery confirmation is included within the US.
• Shipping insurance is included for purchases over $100 within the US.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! I take great pride in my work and stand by it, so if you are displeased for any reason please contact me and I will endeavor to make it right. My materials are quite resilient and I haven't known anything to become damaged, but if the worst should happen you are welcome to contact me and I'll see if I can repair it. My items are water resistant but not water proof so try not to submerge them. I can't account for the materials in my chains, its all mystery-metal as far as I know, so if you have any metal allergies I can substitute hemp or satin cord.
