I designed these sets for my discerning customers who search for those perfect earrings to complement their necklaces. These matched sets also make stunning gifts.
The tiered two-cabochon earrings are the same design of the necklace but in miniature. They are 4.5cm/1.75inches long (not counting the hooks) and the largest cabochon is 15mm wide. The necklace tail is 6.5cm/2.75 inches long, and the largest cabochon 20mm wide. Both are accented with a tails of freshwater pearl.
The chains, settings, are fastening are solid brass, while the earring hooks are surgical steel with gold plated beads and springs. The necklace fastens with a lobster claw clasp. The necklace chain includes a 4 inch extender and is adjustable between 16 and 20 inches.
The eye cabochons are my own design. They possess a life-like depth and luminescence. Each is subtly unique and has its own qualities and imperfections. The lenses are acrylic, a material I use for its clarity and photograph-ability, so the necklace itself is lighter than it appears.
